Ordered the H8 about 6 months ago and loved it, easy assembly, very powerful and long battery life. I wanted to get my father one who is 85 so I went with the T1. More than happy with both of them. Will definitely recommend.
More than expected!! I will definitely buy it again. It is so much fun and easy to ride, I never want to take my car again!! My wife and I both love them! Front basket helps with running to the grocery store or picnic, overall really enjoy them.
My first ebike, bought at philodo. What a treat. This is my new way to get to the grocery store and other local places I frequent. I mounted a plastic storage crate rear rack with zip ties, very secure mount. I took it yesterday on a 35 mile green belt ride yesterday and had an absolute blast. Plenty of battery life. The hydraulic brakes are totally impressive for this 180 lb 68 yr old man. I like the step through feature after some initial misgivings about it being like a girls bike. I’m glad I added a handlebar end mounted left side mirror for road use safety. No complaints at all.
These came packaged extremely well, they made sure nothing was going to hurt these bikes during shipping! It's the perfect combination of portability and performance, allowing me to tackle any rough roads while still being able to store it easily. This is my only means of transportation to work. So much fun!

I’m using it for commuting to work 10 miles. I got over 50 miles on my first charge, using only pedal assist mode. Bike arrived undamaged. Put together by myself. Runs great. Glad I purchased it.

I purchased my T1 back in June. Close to 800 miles on it now. Have had a few issues, spokes broken and cell phone holder has broken. BOTH times I had an issue, it was solved within an hour of contacting.I’ve asked many questions about some things that aren’t listed on their site and again, I’m met with answers in no time. I won’t buy a bike from another company!
I’m impressed by how sturdy the philodo T1. The frame is rock solid, and I never have to worry about it wobbling or feeling unbalanced, even on rough terrain. I use the rear rack all the time. It’s strong enough to carry a heavy load of groceries or my work bag without any wobbling. I enjoy it so much!
I bought 2 Philodo T1. My wife is quite happy to have one of the philodo bikes. We rode together for 20 miles after receiving them. We are overjoyed to have decided to buy them. High quality and beautiful colors. Sturdy, well-designed bikes. Assembly was easy and the power is impressive. Shifts smoothly. We are highly recommended.
