Where are bikes shipped from?

How long is the delivery time?

Usually delivered within 3-7 working days. The specific time depends on your location. Logistics may be delayed during holidays

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

No, currently, we are only capable of shipping to the lower 48 states.

Can I change the delivery address after the package is sent?

Please contact customer service if you want to change the address. We will try to help you with that. This may not necessarily be successful, but you can also try calling FedEx to apply.

What if my package was lost during the shipment?

We will contact FedEx and initiate an investigation, and you can also use your tracking number to submit a dispute to FedEx. If the package is lost, we will send you a new one.

What if the package is broken/the item scratches when arrived?

Due to FedEx's failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may be caused by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures or videos that would help us check the condition and send new parts for replacement.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we can securely process payments from American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB, Visa, Venmo, MasterCard, and PayPal. Additionally, we have a financing partnership with Klarna. Be sure to choose Klarna at checkout to apply for financing options for your e-bike to pay over installments.

Do you offer Financing?

You can have direct access to Klarna financing through our partnership with Klarna. Now, you can pay for your next e-bike with installment payments after being approved for financing. Be sure to select Klarna at checkout and you will be taken to their secure payment process.

I ordered two items, why I have received only one?

Because the shipment weight is overweight, we usually ship them separately. So both reach at different days and times. Please don’t panic and just keep tracking the item in your orders window or your email. If you still can not find it please contact us.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us before it is shipped. Changing the address may not necessarily be successful. Please contact us when you receive the package, then we will create a return label for you to return. Once the package is on its way back, we will refund you.

Does my bike come pre-assembled?

75% of the bike you receive are assembled. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

What is rider's recommended height?

Recommended rider height: 5.2~6.4 Ft

Can I ride on rainy days?

Yes, the bike comes with an IPx6 waterproof rating. Be careful not to soak the motor in water.

We currently do not have physical stores in the USA. If you have a store and are interested in our products, please feel free to contact us.

Is there a repair center near me?

The only repair center is locate at TUSTIN CA. Please send me an email to make an appointment for repair services in advance If you need any help.
