⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Incredible Bike Backed by an Even Better Company!

I have over 1,400 miles on my Philodo Falcon, and I absolutely love this bike! I’ve never even taken it out of dual-motor mode (honestly I think that’s what adds to the longevity of the bike and the durability of the motors and why I’ve seen Falcons with over 3000 miles), and there isn’t a hill I’ve come across that this thing won’t climb. Honestly, it rides more like a dirt bike than a traditional e-bike. It has the power, capability, and performance to handle just about anything I throw at it.

But as much as I love the bike itself, what really sets Philodo apart is the team behind it.

Anytime I’ve ever had an issue or needed assistance, the Philodo team has been there to help me, often responding and providing assistance by the very next day. That kind of customer service is incredibly hard to find these days, and it deserves recognition.

Philodo is the kind of company that truly takes care of its customers and understands the value of repeat business. They don’t just want to sell you a bike and move on to the next customer. The Falcon rides smoothly with ample power and stable handling. It saves me plenty of time on my commute to work. The build quality is solid. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a reliable commuter e-bike.

2nd purchase of a Philodo ebike. Beautiful bike, absolutely love the metalic orange. Much faster than I expected. Perfect for my daily commute to and from work here in Arizona. 3 days or about 60 miles before having to recharge. If i ever need or want another I will definitely shop here

Just got mine and have put about 50 miles in the first week already. Took some roads and muddy trails and I couldn't believe it pulled me through all of it. I find myself taking this over my car if the weather is good

This bike is amazing.

I am a aging hunter looking for a little assistance to and from the stand. After researching for months I narrowed my search down to two similar ebikes with similar specs and price points. I pulled the trigger on the Falcon because of the unusually high % of positive reviews, not only with performance but mostly for the strong custom service.

Shipping was quick despite a slight hiccup with FedEx. Thankfully well packaged as there was some exterior damage to the box.

After the second ride of 4 miles, I noticed a slight bend on the crank. The front gear was slightly rubbing the frame once per revolution. I took a few pics and short video, emailed philodo with the details. By the next morning, Philodo customer service already replied with a tracking number for a new crank set.

This is top notch customer service in my book and increases my confidence and assurance I made the right choice.

Now im excited to outfit the Falcon just in time for hunting season.

After weeks of research, I went with the Falcon and I'm glad I did. I was comparing it to dual motor bikes priced around $3,500 and up, but once taxes and freight were added, those were way out of my budget. The Falcon gave me similar performance for far less, and it showed up quickly and in perfect condition.

The power is impressive. I weigh around 160 lbs and hit 43 mph on flat ground. Single motor mode is smooth for everyday riding, while dual 60V mode delivers instant torque for steep hills and rough trails. The full suspension handles gravel roads with ease, and the battery holds up well even when using the throttle heavily.

If you want a powerful, well built e-bike without spending a fortune, this is the one. Highly recommend.
