1. After placing an order, how long do I have to wait for the goods to arrive?

This depends on the product you ordered:

Electric Bikes: Typically shipped via FedEx, with a typical delivery time of 3-7 business days.

Accessories: Typically shipped via YunExpress, with a typical delivery time of 7-12 business days.

Batteries: If in stock, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days; otherwise, shipping for individual batteries generally takes 15-20 working days.

2. How to apply a discount code?

Apply your discount code by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

3. How do I cancel my order?

Before shipment, please contact cola@philodo.com via email. Upon order cancellation, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

After shipment, please contact cola@philodo.com via email; our after-sales team will guide you through the next steps.

4. Can I make address/order modifications?

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to make any changes, please contact us at cola@philodo.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee address changes after your package has been shipped, and we may not be able to intercept the shipment.

5. How do l return my order?

You can return the e-bike within 30 days of receipt by contacting us at cola@philodo.com. To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the original packaging.

Once FedEx has picked up the package and the tracking information is updated, we will process your refund, and you're done!

6. How do l start the warranty process?

If you need to initiate the warranty process, please contact our after-sales team, provide your order number or order screenshot, and share photos or videos of the issue. We will assist you in resolving the problem.

7. What do l do if part of my order is missing?

If you are missing an item from your delivery, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. To ensure that we can assist you effectively, please provide us with your order number and any other relevant information when contacting us.

8. How can l order replacement parts?

We offer a wide range of replacement parts on our website. If you can't find what you're looking for there, it's best to reach out to our customer service team to verify availability.

9. Does my bike come assembled?

Our e-bikes are 75% pre-assembled and come with all the necessary tools to complete the final assembly.

10. Are accidents or theft covered under my warranty?

No. Accidents or theft are not covered under your manufacturer's warranty.

11. Do you offer financing?

That's right! We offer financing services such as Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

12. Should I buy shipping insurance?

We recommend considering shipping protection for high-value orders. It ensures you can file a claim and recover your financial loss should your package be lost or its contents damaged from severe outer package damage.

13. What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB), digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as well as flexible payment options through Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm.

14. Does the product come with a warranty?

Yes! All our e-bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers core components like the motor, battery, and controller. For added peace of mind, you can also purchase an extended warranty plan at checkout to prolong your coverage.

15. Can I pick up my order from a warehouse?
