Philodo Pedal Aluminum Alloy

Philodo is an amazing Company with high end products at very low prices. I did lots of research before I purchased my H7 and I had lots of doubts about Philodo because of there prices, they were way too low for the tech that was standard on their e-bikes. Since the price was so low I took a chance and purchased my H7, that was almost 2000 miles ago. What happened next is the reason I felt a need to say something about Philodo. I stripped out the left peddle from peddling backwards too much, my fault completely. I reached out to Philodo to get the replacement parts I needed to fix my bicycle. This is when I knew what type of company they were, the prices were again way too low to believe. Parts came the next week and they included the specialty tool needed to remove the crank. This is crazy just how well they take care of their customers after the sell of their products. The only thing I could wish for beyond what they already do would be if they produced automobiles and motorcycles. I would love to see their level of care and service in all I do.
