PHILODO FALCON 60V Dual Motor Electric Bike Full Suspension

I finally received my Falcon after a long wait only to find out the box was smashed and my front motor was smashed! I was furious with Fedx. I wanted a new wheel but you said you could only send a motor which I had any idea how to change. I’ve had my bike close to a month and still is not together. I still am waiting on the new motor. They said the motor is coming from China. Why don’t you have parts in the US? This is very frustrating. I hope my warranty has not started yet. Soo slow!

I've had the Bike for a short amount of time so this is my overall review based on that. I will edit my post if something changes so if you're reading this it's accurate.
First off my bike was Shipped through FedEx and they were very rough on the package itself. With that being said Philodo did indeed package the bike good and it was minimal damage when I received it. The front disc rotor was slightly bent and Philodo customer Service was quick to respond by sending me a new brake disc. That brings me to my next satisfactory review. The customer service is top notch through and through with my concerns before the bike was shipped and currently after I've received the bike. That is definitely important when you are making a purchase of something you hope they value as much as you. They do. I was also happy with the price of my Falcon 60v especially after I've rode and seen the kind of power and quality this beast of a machine is. Its a beautiful bike that is getting complements every time I ride it and the parts and pieces are as good as needed for what is paid. With the reasonable price and the welcoming community on Social media that offers upgrade ideas there was still a budget to personalize the bike to my individual expectations. With that being said there are some common suggestions alike. I know of a few that I have went with but it's really up to personal preference what you decide to modify. I just think the price of the 60v bike is way ahead of the competition and that's a big plus. I don't mind the slow start of the bike that is a common complaint. I don't mind the handlebars leaning forward either. I know the tourqe and speed of the bike is plenty and if I start slow to protect tourqe overload on the rotors, I'm ok with that. It does great and has zero issues on hills. I changed the seat and honestly I prefer to lean forward a little on the front handlebars when I ride. Its a comfortable cruise. I like the step thru because it offers me room to both stand when I'm stopped and put my leg thru when getting on. So based on this I really feel like the 5 Stars was easy to give. I changed the tires to a better quality tire and I suppose I could say Philodo should sale the bike with HEBs but the stock tires I exchanged were not a problem for me they were just a lesser quality tire and not as thick. Again this is all personal modifications and that's what I went with. So yes overall so far I love the Philodo Falcon 60v and am a Satisfied customer. If you are thinking of getting one I'd say YES go for it! The pictures do the bike little justice vs seeing the bike in person. Choose Wisely my Friends!

I'm really impressed with this bike! The power the Falcon has is amazing and the AWD pulls you right up the big hills, even in the dirt and gravel. I do think the PAS needs some work, it's kinda all or nothing on the assist. Also be ready to replace tires and tubes, two weeks in and it's flat. No visible damage to the tire, other than they are paper thin, but holes in the tubes that look like defects.
Still happy though, for the great price on the bike, I can get new tires and tubes!

Bike works as advertised. Plenty of power and the range is excellent. Had to raise the handlebars and add blinkers.

This is by far the best E-Bike of 4 different brands that I have owned. Great job guys!

I've had the Philodo Falcon (step over) for over a month. I've taken it on paved, gravel and dirt roads. Having both a front and rear shock make the ride extremely comfortable. I've also taken it up some fairly steep hills. It goes everywhere with ease. It has more power than I will ever use. For safety reasons, I've actually adjusted down the power in the controller. Although the brakes are dual vs quad caliper, it has no problem stopping. Also, you can add an adjustable stem to increase the riding comfort. Overall, you can't beat the features of this bike for the price!

Since it's an all wheel drive ebike, it's super heavy ~ over 100 lbs with the battery. You will also need to buy a bike carrier with a ramp. Unless you are planning to ride on sandy beaches, mud and other extreme environments, having an all wheel drive bike isn't really necessary. Sure, I found it marginally useful going uphill in loose gravel...but wasn't completely necessary. Also, I would avoid this bike if you are new to ebikes. It has a ton of power and when you shift into a new level of pedal assist, you need to hang on. For new riders, it might be a little unnerving. Also, in retrospect, I should have opted for a step through vs. step over. If you are planning to carry items on the back, it's difficult to swing your leg over or tilt the bike.

Although I've never run out of juice, I am estimating the mileage per charge will vary between 25 and 60. If you use full throttle and do not plan to pedal, then you will probably get 25 miles per charge. If you use pedal assist, up/ down hills on multi surfaces with minimal throttle... you will probably get 50 miles. I suppose you could get more than 60 miles if you only used the first level of pedal assist and rode on flat pavement.

I love my Falcon. Real purchaser. I can ride even with my bad knee. No need to stand up going up hills anymore like on a regular bike. Just pedal. Hills make riding a regular bike completely awful in my opinion. This is the most fun I have had on 2 wheels in a very long time. So nice to get some outdoor exercise without my knee hurting like crazy. The off road ability is impressive. Haven't met a hill it won't climb with both motors engaged.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Falcon and my husband loves his bike as well. Fantastic birthday gift!

This is an amazing bike !!! Has all the features I was looking for. I'm 6'2" 215 lbs., I pull a trailer with my 2 dogs, 90 lbs. Plenty of power !! Great customer service !!!
