The stem works great but......

Makes for a much more comfortable ride. But it requires a spacer that it doesn't come with.

Waiting update

The Philodo Adjustable Stem was delivered today. It was not a problem to install, and I had it set to 60 degrees. That was the most comfortable position for me.

Awesome but bumpy

This is an awesome bike the only downfall to this bike is no rear suspension it really requires rear suspension when you are traveling these kinds of speeds.

Awesome ebikes. My wife and I just bought one each and there unbelievably great! We just took them out on a 3 hr ride and the bikes worked flawlessly. Lots of compliments too and lots of power. I'm 6'3 280 lbs and the bike had no problems at all with my weight. I'm hoping to be down 20lbs by next month. We hit a patch of loose gravel and the fat tires were great on it. My wife is 5'4 and it's a tad big for her till she gets used to it but by the end of the ride she was fine. If you buy one of these you won't be sorry.

Get up and go

Bike is amazing. I am 55 years old, 250 lbs with knee and ankle replacements. This bike moves… hills, dirt tracks, streets it doesn’t matter. I ride it to work and with the speed of the bike I don’t worry about traffic.
