PHILODO H8 Dual Motor Fat Tire Electric Bike

This is my first e-bike purchase and I couldn’t be happier. The bike was delivered about one week after placing the order. Assembly was easy and took less than an hour. The horn switch didn’t work. I contacted customer service and received the new switch in a week. Replacing the switch was maybe 10 minutes. I now have 35 miles on the bike and honestly can’t wait to take it for another ride. First ride was 20 miles using PAS 2 and the battery showed full charge at the end of our ride. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and have already recommended this bike to other shoppers.

I got my bike a few weeks ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it both on trails and pavement. I have tested it in uncut fields and goes through great (grass grabbing my leg was only issue, bike was great). Works as advertised so far. I had some damage though when I got the back that some may have been from shipping but some I was concerned may have been a quality control issue. I had several areas with paint scrapes to exposed metal on various parts and rim. Most concerning was the front wheel power cord was damaged to the point I could see copper wire exposed. I was also concerned a wheel nut had rust spots on it which seemed quality control. I wrote customer service and got a prompt response with possible resolutions. A new front wheel and motor sent with touch paint and it promptly arrived.

Love the bike had a problem with battery lock it wouldn't operate I pulled the case apart two Jammed tumbler pins I removed them now lock works but with about any key because needing to remove two pins i was really disappointed with that such a key component not being checked for functionality hopefully with this info you guys can check to make sure that locking mechanism works before shipping Ty

Love the bike. I need to get used to the fat tires in turning. I've only rode 100 miles as of today. Happy with the bike.
