The throttle control unit took just a few minutes to change after watching video.
Bike is really fun, I like the power and range. Had some issues when I received the bike and Philodo customer service took care of everything.

I have enjoyed my eBike a lot since it was delivered. It is everything that was promised by Philodo. Seat adjustment is not well engineered, however, and moves up and down willy nilly while riding. I weigh 225 and the sliding adjustment hickey is not adequate. I can tighten the fool out of it and it still can't take an easy 7 mile ride and stay secure. That should not be an issue on a bike this nice. I have ordered a new seat from a third party with a different adjustment system in order to solve the problem. Time will tell if everything keeps working well. So far I am very pleased with it.
If this was manufactured in US, it would probably be a solid 5-star bike. Expect at lest half-dozen small defects; in my case they were easy to remedy if you are a little bit handy with tools. You can tell it was assembled with maximum speed and barely acceptable workmanship. P.S. tires are garbage, plan on replacing those - at the speed this bike can reach, a blow-out would put you in the hospital.
The philodo jumbo is a absolute beast hasn't let me down and has all the power u need hauled out this big fella up hill bike gets 5 stars from me
I'm really impressed with this bike! The power the Falcon has is amazing and the AWD pulls you right up the big hills, even in the dirt and gravel. I do think the PAS needs some work, it's kinda all or nothing on the assist. Also be ready to replace tires and tubes, two weeks in and it's flat. No visible damage to the tire, other than they are paper thin, but holes in the tubes that look like defects.
Still happy though, for the great price on the bike, I can get new tires and tubes!

PHILODO Forester 60V Dual Motor Electric Bike Full Suspension
I had my local bike shop set up my new Forester for me for $35. The bike rides just right for me - very solid. I read alot of feedback about the slow start on the forester, but it is perfect for off-road riding out on BLM, NF, and county roads. If I were commuting in the city, the slow start might be an issue. But I only ride this hog out in the wild. What a champ! Glad I went with the Forester.
The tire seems to be well made with a nice all terrain tread that is surprisingly quiet. I was torn between 4-5 stars but I left a little room for improvement. I wish the tires were a little more I’d say thicker but that also may take away from the nice ride they give. Definitely recommend ChaoYang ,,, all around a good tire.

Bike works as advertised. Plenty of power and the range is excellent. Had to raise the handlebars and add blinkers.
It arrived promptly and we were able to fix the bike and everything is great. Bike is number one in my opinion.

Charger seems well built and says it UL certified which is a myst nowadays. Cant find any complaints works well .
I've had the Philodo Falcon (step over) for over a month. I've taken it on paved, gravel and dirt roads. Having both a front and rear shock make the ride extremely comfortable. I've also taken it up some fairly steep hills. It goes everywhere with ease. It has more power than I will ever use. For safety reasons, I've actually adjusted down the power in the controller. Although the brakes are dual vs quad caliper, it has no problem stopping. Also, you can add an adjustable stem to increase the riding comfort. Overall, you can't beat the features of this bike for the price!
Since it's an all wheel drive ebike, it's super heavy ~ over 100 lbs with the battery. You will also need to buy a bike carrier with a ramp. Unless you are planning to ride on sandy beaches, mud and other extreme environments, having an all wheel drive bike isn't really necessary. Sure, I found it marginally useful going uphill in loose gravel...but wasn't completely necessary. Also, I would avoid this bike if you are new to ebikes. It has a ton of power and when you shift into a new level of pedal assist, you need to hang on. For new riders, it might be a little unnerving. Also, in retrospect, I should have opted for a step through vs. step over. If you are planning to carry items on the back, it's difficult to swing your leg over or tilt the bike.
Although I've never run out of juice, I am estimating the mileage per charge will vary between 25 and 60. If you use full throttle and do not plan to pedal, then you will probably get 25 miles per charge. If you use pedal assist, up/ down hills on multi surfaces with minimal throttle... you will probably get 50 miles. I suppose you could get more than 60 miles if you only used the first level of pedal assist and rode on flat pavement.
