2nd purchase of a Philodo ebike. Beautiful bike, absolutely love the metalic orange. Much faster than I expected. Perfect for my daily commute to and from work here in Arizona. 3 days or about 60 miles before having to recharge. If i ever need or want another I will definitely shop here
I am a aging hunter looking for a little assistance to and from the stand. After researching for months I narrowed my search down to two similar ebikes with similar specs and price points. I pulled the trigger on the Falcon because of the unusually high % of positive reviews, not only with performance but mostly for the strong custom service.
Shipping was quick despite a slight hiccup with FedEx. Thankfully well packaged as there was some exterior damage to the box.
After the second ride of 4 miles, I noticed a slight bend on the crank. The front gear was slightly rubbing the frame once per revolution. I took a few pics and short video, emailed philodo with the details. By the next morning, Philodo customer service already replied with a tracking number for a new crank set.
This is top notch customer service in my book and increases my confidence and assurance I made the right choice.
Now im excited to outfit the Falcon just in time for hunting season.
Thank you Philodo for a great start of my first ebike experience.
Pleasantly pleased in South Carolina.
After weeks of research, I went with the Falcon and I'm glad I did. I was comparing it to dual motor bikes priced around $3,500 and up, but once taxes and freight were added, those were way out of my budget. The Falcon gave me similar performance for far less, and it showed up quickly and in perfect condition.
The power is impressive. I weigh around 160 lbs and hit 43 mph on flat ground. Single motor mode is smooth for everyday riding, while dual 60V mode delivers instant torque for steep hills and rough trails. The full suspension handles gravel roads with ease, and the battery holds up well even when using the throttle heavily.
If you want a powerful, well built e-bike without spending a fortune, this is the one. Highly recommend.
So I got a H7 a couple years back and it worked great for me I've had it for 3 years with no problems I've gotten Falcon and or are already impressed by the construction customer service has been great
I have gotten an H7 Pro 3 years ago that lasted me wonderfully so I got a chance to get the Falcon to see if this one will last just as well but it is built with great Parts great people I can't I've had good customer service can't ask for a better company right now
With our Forster and three falcons bikes, my family has had a great time riding together. Whether on the road or in the woods, the bike has enough power and speed to handle everything that we enjoy. The two Motors has power to climb hills and the bikes give us plenty of distance to enjoy the ride. And when we did have a problem with the bike, the company was there to take care of us. Would greatly recommend and I do share the recommendation with all my friends?
I love my Philodo Falcon is the fourteenth e-bike I have owned since 2010 and it is by far the best e-bike I've had. The customer service is also stellar. I would highly recommend this company and this bike to anyone interested.
If you are looking at getting an ebike, Look no further. This bike lives up to the hype, its well built with plenty of power and the quality is top notch, and the customer service you cant beat. They quickly respond to any questions you may have. Highly recommend philiodo over the other brands.
Got my bike and finished assembling it yesterday! I took it out for a test ride today — about 25 miles. The performance is fantastic! It easily handles the hills near my place. It's absolutely perfect for my outdoor activities. And that orange color? Awesome and eye-catching! I'm loving it!
I also want to mention the after-sales service. There was a small scratch and some paint chipping during shipping, but after I contacted the support team, they promptly sent me a touch-up paint pen. Great service all around — highly recommend!
Got my camo Falcon step-thru and it showed up quicker than I expected. Philodo's customer service was super helpful when I had a few questions putting it together. The bike is a beast — super quiet, tons of power, and the range is way better than I thought. Took it out for a 20-mile ride on all kinds of terrain and it handled everything like a champ.
The Philodo Falcon Step-Through is an absolute beast of an e-bike. It has incredible power and speed—I’ve gotten it over 40 mph, and it still feels stable, responsive, and fun to ride. The step-through frame makes mounting and getting off much easier without taking away from the bike’s solid, heavy-duty feel.
The build quality is impressive. Everything feels well put together, from the frame and suspension to the components and overall fit and finish. It rides smoothly, handles confidently, and clearly feels built for more than casual cruising.
What really makes the experience even better is Philodo’s customer service. They have been helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure any questions or concerns are handled. Great bike, great performance, and amazing support. Highly recommend the Falcon Step-Through to anyone looking for a powerful, well-built e-bike
I a problem with a faulty display and I was helped out very good great bike for the money
Philodo Falcon is an absolute beast! Acceleration is awesome, controls are straightforward and a breeze to use, tons of power and speed for any ride. That kick is no joke. I hit 40mph with zero trouble. Even just running the rear motor by itself packs a ton of punch, clocking over 30mph in single motor mode.
I’m really happy they went with LG cells on this Falcon. Way more dependable, and the battery lasts perfectly for my daily commute. Hands down one of the best e-bikes I’ve owned!
I never leave reviews — and I mean never! But after receiving this absolute marvel of an e-bike and experiencing its mind-blowing power, comfort, and great style for the price I paid, I had to let this company know how much I appreciate it. The customer service team was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. I LOVE THIS BIKE! Total bang for your buck!
I have taken this bike on a couple of hunting trips and it has performed great. Plenty of power for the hills. Have found one that I can’t climb yet with this bike. I’ve only had one issue with the bike and the customer seems was great. They asked a couple questions, and sent a couple pics and the shipped my new part immediately.
I’ve had my H7 for over two years and I love it. I live in Colorado and try to ride daily. Customer service and support is outstanding with the Philodo bikes.
Couldn't have asked for better customer service. I had multiple issues with my bike and each time they sent me what I needed instantly. I got my parts within 7 days. 5 star customer service.
I wanted to share an update after using our Philodo Falcon bikes for elk hunting in the Colorado mountains. We purchased the bikes in February in preparation for our annual Colorado elk hunt this September.
Before the hunt, we took the bikes on vacation several times and tested them in Oklahoma at Beavers Bend State Park, and we loved them. This week, we were able to use them to pack out an elk. Both bikes performed exceptionally well and made the pack-out job much easier.
Best regards,
Jena
The Falcon is an absolute powerhouse and a great value. I was initially looking at dual-motor setups priced around $3,500+—which easily balloon to $5,000 once you factor in taxes and heavy freight shipping. Choosing this bike saved me thousands, and it delivered fast, free, and in perfect shape right out of the box.
It’s the ultimate all-rounder for daily commuting or recreational riding. Single motor handles town cruising smoothly, while dual 60V mode unleashes instant AWD torque for steep hills and trails.
At 160 lbs, I hit 43 mph on flat ground, and the full suspension glides over gravel roads. The huge battery holds up great under throttle. I am planning on going bicycle camping soon and this is will perfect with the heavy duty rear rack. Overall, It feels rock solid and well worth every penny!
I’ve had my H7 for over two years and I love it. I’m very happy with the customer support team
I bought a Forester I ordered it on Aug 25 ,2025 they shipped it out the next day and it was scheduled for the 2nd of Sept to arrive . It came on the 29th of August faster that I expected. The next day I put it together myself. It wasnt a huge job at least for me . I am a retired auto mechanic . If you are mechanically inclined and can follow instructions you can too . I did it in about an hour and a half . I have taken it out a couple of time so far it is a well built machine and it rides like a dream . I have a few upgrades I want to do for myself I plan to hunt on it this fall . It is powerful even going up hill I like the control that lets you go back and forth from single motor to dual motor .I looked at a lot e bikes before I bought I researched the net and asked other people I know that owned them before I purchased one . For the money I dont believe you can buy a better bike .I am 69 yrs old the only thing I can do is recommend it . Its up to you to make up your mind . If I had to go back and choose between this bile and some others out there this is what I would choose . I have some pics of mine below ! Good luck and I hope you choose well no matter what your choice is !
