I bought it used on Facebook marketplace. I said it sucked but actually it’s a really good e bike. It goes like 35 mph max when fully charged and 33 mph max regular which is good. It only lasts like 20 miles on max speed though so need second battery for sure
I just assembled the bike last friday and found out that the key on the battery dont work ive been texting message since friday but no reply

This bike is amazing, many steps up from the 750 rattan wow! I can go up any hill while pedaling.
I am 5’10 250 I mainly use this for camping and fishing. I put 10-15 miles a day on it while camping battery last day and half so 30-40 miles.
All my complaints have been fix with the bike so I have none. When I got the bike the chain pop off 21 speed is not needed get the jumbo lol. After adjusting I never had that issue again. 9 months of owning it the screen got dead spots and the light was very dimmed. Customer service was amazing and sent me new ones wow they are amazing. I am now getting the jumbo and can’t wait!
