I've had the Falcon stepover AWD for a little over a month. Before I purchased this bike I did a crazy amount of research! Watched all the YouTube videos. As of today I've put 430 miles on this bike. I love this bike! I'm fortunate enough to live on the coast of Southern Maine. Lots of great places to ride! This is my first Ebike. Didn't want to spend $3000 to over $6000. This bike has surpassed all my expectations! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a high quality Ebike without spending alot of money to buy this bike! What i would suggest is to buy a handlebar riser and new pedals. I'm 6'1" and would suggest if you're shorter, purchase a step-through. High marks for they're customer service! Cola was a pleasure to deal with! She was always prompt and responsive to all my emails! Buy this bike!!

Prior to purchasing the Philodo Falcon I think I watched reviews on almost every e-bike. And every time I watched a review on the Falcon it was nothing but praises on the quality, and what you get for the price. It has all the features and probably more than bikes twice its price. The only thing I could think of is maybe a second battery in between the rear rack. Although I have not had any problems with range on the Falcon. I go all over town and always have had plenty of power left. I’m a big guy, 6’4” 315lbs and it still has a lot of power and that is just with the rear wheel. When you power up that front motor you can really feel the power and climbs hills like they aren’t even there. Now that I’m getting use to the bike I took it on a trail and it was incredible, great suspension,, was a lot of fun... Maybe in the future a 70watt duel motor duel battery beast, maybe add blinkers. But for me this Falcon has plenty of power, more than enough for what I need… and again this bike comes with all the bells and whistles…

I've owned many ebikes! This is the best and most comfortable to ride! I just ordered an extra battery (Amazon) so I can take day trips!! Love it!!

The rear motor went bad after 19 miles. They were very good about getting me a replacement motor. I only have a few miles on the new one. Seems to work well. I have 2 friends that have over 100 miles on theirs and there doing great.

I have only put 75 miles on the bike so far (gravel and pavement), and so far it is quite impressive. It goes 48 mph using throttle only on level ground according to the bike's display. I am confident it is within a couple mph of reality based on experimenting with the radar speed displays on streets in my area. Dual motor is a beast and blows away my mid-drive motor mountain ebike that was twice the price (even single motor mode slightly exceeds my other bike). I feel the starting power with dual motor is shockingly strong. Single motor mode does have a gentle start as I read others post about, but I personally think it is fine especially when I think about the force on parts in the motor. It is simple to double click it into dual motor if you need a fast start. The suspension has been awesome. I reduced the air in the rear shock by around 15% (to around 150 lbs) and it is smooth. I don't like the feel of the pedal assist since it will rip your hand off the handlebars if riding casually with one hand. There is an adjustment for pedal assist level, but let's be real... I don't pedal this bike. As long as it holds up, I love this bike. It appears to be built strong. Some of the reviews I have read make me nervous, but I'll bet there is a disproportionate amount of people that will want to write a review when experiencing issues compared to if the bike is working well. The range is huge and far exceeds my other bike and my wife's Rad. I am glad I bought the bike and would do it again.

I received my Falcon and I can't say enough about the power of this thing, it is insane. I put it to the test and every test it passed with flying colors. Customer service is also 5 stars

I just got my PHILODO Falcon in and assembled, my first impression upon riding it is WOW! This 60V, dual motor bike is powerful, much more powerful than my dual motor, 48V PHILODO H8 that I’ve had for three years.

I live in a very hilly area, East Tennessee, so I need a bike with enough power to pull steep hills consistently and over longer distances. My H8 did a good job on most hills but still struggled a bit with longer, steeper hills, especially when the battery gets low. So far, the Falcon has performed very well, especially on the hills the H8 struggled on! I am very pleased and happy with the bike so far, it is a great looking and performs exactly as it is advertised, it exceeds my expectations.

The bike comes packed very well, mine arrived with zero problems and it is very easy to assemble. The major assembly pieces are the handlebars to the fork, front wheel assembly to the forks, front fender and headlight, rear rack to the bike, tail light and the foot pedals. The bike’s brakes, battery, wiring, controllers, switches, LCD, etc. are all preinstalled, no wiring or switches to install or to mount. The assembly instructions are well written and easily followed and there are tools provided to complete the assembly process. The bike build is very good quality and the paint is VERY nice. I got the orange, step thru bike and it looks absolutely great!

This is my second PHILODO bicycle and I can honestly say they sell a quality product! And just as important, they offer great customer support and service in the unlikely even you have a problem. I’ve communicated with them on a few occasions and I’ve always gotten a fast and thorough response every time. This is a great aspect because you are assured you’ll have great support if needed when you buy from them.

In conclusion, if you’re thinking of getting the Falcon, it is a well-made and quality machine and you’re going to love it. And whether the Falcon or other product from PHILODO is on your radar, be assured you’re buying from a company who has the parts and resources to support you and your purchase - they’re going to be there if you need them.
