I couldn't wait to get the bike out of the box. by the way the box arrived with minimal damage. I have ordered bike and when they have arrived they parts of the bike sticking out of the box from shipping. this bike came in tacked. got her put together and within 45min I was off on my first ride got 10+ miles in and wow I didn't want to turn home but needed to get a full charge on the battery. that afternoon after a fully charge battery it started snowing it's the 9th of Nov. winter is coming fast so I will have to choose my days wisely to get some riding time in. great bike great value

I purchased another name brand e-bike over a year ago and after 4/10ths of a mile the controller went out . It took me over 2 months to get a refund .
I then spent the next year researching reviews and inputs on other bikes . I finally decided on the PHILODO Falcon ST . I could not be happier with my purchase as it has greatly exceeded my expectations . This bike is an absolute rhino when it comes to power and its ability to climb any hill I have attempted to put in front of it . Fit and finish on this bike is terrific and way better than the costly competitors bike I initially purchased .
Cola did a great job keeping me up to date on delivery time and the bike was packaged to withstand any shipment issues . Assembly was a breeze . After seeing my bike my best friend Jim immediately ordered him one and has had the same experience as myself .

Very refreshing to find a company that stands behind their product like these folks have two weeks until warranty was off of this ebike and h8 and no questions asked simply replaced the battery I would give them 10 stars and the rep that I have been communicating with but all I could get was five thank you so very much great product and product support.

Awesome customer service great ebike they stand behind their product very happy purchased bike approximately a year ago in November had an issue with the battery they replaced it with a upgraded battery can't say enough these guys are great.

The philodo jumbo is a absolute beast hasn't let me down and has all the power u need hauled out this big fella up hill bike gets 5 stars from me

I bought the H8 for commuting to work and it and it is changing my life. I now hardly ever drive my car.

The Falcon I bought a month ago is the best one I've had, and I have had 3 other brands similar in style & features, but this Philodo Falcon has the best performance hands down. Thanks to my peeps @ Philodo!!

This is my first ebike and this thing goes crazy fast. There were some issues being used but over time I was sent the things I needed to make things work properly. Great customer support

Love these bikes! I recently bought my second bike from Philodo. I picked up the Jumbo and I'm pleased with it and have about 600 miles on it so far. I also have the Philodo H-8 (48volt).

Pros And Cons: The H-8 is a quicker bike. It is lighter than the Jumbo by about 20 pounds and I find it easier to maneuver on back country trails/woods roads.

The Jumbo picks things up where the H-8 leaves off at a trade off of a few MPH slower and a 20 pound gain but gives you full suspension and TWO batteries one being an in frame mount. The Jumbo goes greater distance out of the box and rides like a tank! You'll feel invincible on it I live in the mountains and BOTH bikes have the power to climb hills.

I have both bikes in my fleet now and love them both. One compliments the other. If I'm heading out on the back roads and trails I take the H-8. If I'm doing mostly paved roads and gravel and want more distance its the Jumbo for sure.

I highly recommend elevating your biking experience with a Philodo bike! More range more torque and good value than many others on the market. The company stands by their bikes and has top notch support. I have even used their support team to get going and they will do everything to get you on the trail. Cola, thank you for your help with my bikes! Both are running strong!

This is an amazing bike !!! Has all the features I was looking for. I'm 6'2" 215 lbs., I pull a trailer with my 2 dogs, 90 lbs. Plenty of power !! Great customer service !!!

What a beast of a bike! I live in West Virginia and needed something that would climb. This bike has that covered and more. Everything you could want. Fast, powerful, comfortable dual suspension, looks very sharp in the sun, loaded with extras at a great price. You can’t find a dual motor bike anywhere near this nice for less than $2000. Great customer service on any issues. The time delay is the worst part but I always get a return email asap. I researched a lot before I bought this bike and I’m still loving the decision. Be careful in dual motor, this beast will jump out from under you but man is it nice to have that extra power!

Love the breaks, great performance but seat needs to be upgraded ( my preference)! Great battery with PAS S3, but 4 and 5 , be cautious!
This experience comes after 3 months riding with this bike.

I purchased a second hand Philodo Falcon off the Philodo site upon arrival everything went together perfectly. Only a couple miscellaneous things were missing. I contacted Cola at the email provided on this site and was on top of it and kept me up to date during shipment getting my missed items to me, the bike is now complete. the bike is fun to ride catches a lot of attention people have commented" Nice Bike" and did you buy it around here , I would tell them I purchased off line and transaction went perfectly no worries , The bike is fast and powerful it will take me over any overpass with ease just in single motor / using pass 2 and I weigh 220 pounds . I have had it up to 42mph before backing off but, I bought it to ride mainly between 10-20mph .
If anyone is thinking about the Falcon it is a great bike at a great price for what you get

Absolutely love my new Falcon ST. I live in West Virginia and we got mountains/hills everywhere. This thing eats them up. Plenty of power for the steepest of hills. No problems at all! Be very careful in dual mode because this beast will jump out from under you! Only thing I’ve upgraded is the pedals and waiting on a new seat post to try another seat. So much fun having the extra zip when you need it and extremely happy with my purchase. Great customer service so far. Ask for a military discount 🇺🇸
